For first time buyers, we organize group orders (GO) to minimize shipping fees from directly buying merchandise and albums through Korean sites. We also sell sealed/unsealed goods.

The merch and albums that we sell are official and counted on charts except for the freebies that we produce.

What do you do?
We organize group orders (GO) to minimize shipping fees from directly buying merchandise and albums through Korean sites. We also sell sealed/unsealed goods.

Are the albums counted on charts (1:1)?
Yes, we usually conduct GOs and buy directly from various Korean store sites (Ktown4u, Synnara, Yes24, etc., but we might consider buying from a trusted kr supplier in the future), it is just as if the buyer asked us to buy for them from the site. If the buyer bought from a bunjang/pahanap service from a Korean reseller that we found (sealed/unsealed), it is not 1:1 anymore, but still official.

What about the sealed/unsealed goods?
These goods were already previously purchased and then sold again. We do onhand sales from time to time, depending on the availability.

Are the merchandise you sell official?
Everything is official except for the freebies that we produce and provide for each GO.

Are you open to all fandoms?
Yes! We do interest checks as well and you can request for a GO from us.

How do we order?
Forms in corresponding GOs/sale are attached in tweets. Please read them carefully and be 101% sure in buying before placing orders as we implement the no cancellation rule (more details in the forms). Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be posted as well.

What will happen if we do not have payment for something we just ordered?
Anything ordered, whether it be through forms, mine basis, etc., must be 100% sure. We strictly implement the NO CANCELLATION policy. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will be posted on our Twitter account.

What will happen if we forgot to pay on the deadline?
There would be a late payment fee of Php 50 per day after the DOP since we are sending a reminder days before the deadline. We might consider if you have a valid reason but please be HONEST. We might give a 5-day extension.

How will orders be shipped and how much would it cost?
Currently, we are renting a box sharing service so the box will be shipped only when it is already full. Then, we will wait for it to arrive 3-6 weeks (Normal ETA) after the box is shipped to PH.
We collect the local shipping fees (LSF) once items arrive in our PH address and then proceed to shipment once it is settled. We have a separate page (Shipping button below) for this question for rates and couriers.

What is the mode of payment?
Payments can be made through BPI, GCash, and Palawan (more details in the invoices).

Please do not forget to fill-out the payment form everytime you pay so we will be notified and have a record as well.

Same day delivery. Can be selected but rates will depend on the buyer's location. Please message/dm us if you opt for these options.

We collect the local shipping fees (LSF) once items arrive in our PH address (Pasig City) and then proceed to shipment once it is settled.

Our schedule of shipment starting now would be Tuesdays and Fridays. For example,

Paid on Wednesday to Saturday; Shipment: Tuesday
Paid on Sunday to Tuesday; Shipment: Thursday

We have a job to attend to that's why we created this schedule.

The couriers below with their corresponding rates can be selected by the buyers for local shipping.

Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Grab can also be selected but rates will depend on the buyer's location.

SHOPEE CHECKOUT

For lsf only although we also have some items listed in our shopee account but those are only our onhand items. However, if your order is from our GO (pre-order) and choose this option, there will be a fee of Php10.00 during checking out for the fee. Our couriers for this is J&T and GogoExpress.

Also, if your order is an album with poster POB in a poster tube, there will be two transactions, one checkout for the album and one for the poster tube because the couriers do not allow them to be in one pouch together.
